SHOPPING FLOW GUIDE
Step 1: Register/Login As A Member
- You are welcome to be a Babykidzwear Store's member. It is FREE registration to be our member to enjoy the member privilege price and member's events or activities.
- Just a simple step, click on "Register" and fill up all the relevant information from the system prompt. Please ensure all of the information are accurate to identify your order enquiry if any.
- Click "Login in" if you already are a member of Babykidzwear World Trading.
Step 2: Select Product(s)/Item(s) You Wish To Order For
- Click on the product that you wish to order and select the quantity, size, colour/design if applicable.
- Check and confirm the size, quantity, colour/design if applicable and Click "Add To Wishlist "
- You may add few item to your wishlist to choose your order.
Step 3. Go To Wishlist And Overview Which Item You Wish To Add To Cart
- Click on "WISHLIST" on Right Top Corner on Babykidzwear World Trading's Page.
- Confirm which items you would like to purchase and check the size, quantity, colour/design if applicable and click "Add To Cart"
Step 4. Checkout on Shopping Cart To Confirm And Proceed Your Order
- Double check and confirm the quantity, size, color/design if applicable and click "CHECKOUT"
Step 5. Submit Order
- Key in Billing Address & Shipping Address and click on "NEXT"
- Select Shipping method (Pos Laju, Airpak Express, City Link Express or Self collection) and click "NEXT" [For more information you may refer Shipping & Return Policy]
- Select Payment Method (ATM, Cash Deposit. Cheque, Internet Banking, Other) and click "NEXT" [For more information you may refer payment method]
- Your may refer our Bank Account No for Maybank Berhad & CIMB Bank Berhad and click "NEXT"
- Final check and double confirm your order, you may add any comment or remarks to us in column "Additional Order Message" and click "CONFIRM" your order
Step 6. Order Submitted
- Our system will provide you the Order No. and please record the order no. in order to keep track your parcel status or inquires if any.
Step 7. Confirmation Email
- After received your order, Babykidzwear Store will send you a "CONFIRMATION MAIL" through your email inbox/spam register.
- Kindly check your Mail Box and you may proceed MAKE PAYMENT after/before receive "Confirmation Mail"
Step 8. Make Payment
- All transaction is trade in RM/MYR - Malaysia Ringgit
- We only offer a few kinds of payment method
* Cash Deposit
* Bank in/Transfer via Internet Banking

- Kindly keep your bank receipt after payment made. You may click on MY ACCOUNT follow by ORDER and click on "PAYMENT NOTIFICATION FORM" to key in & upload your bank in slip as required by system and click "SUBMIT" to us. Otherwise, you may submit and contact our customer service.
Step 9. Delivery Noticed Mail
- All orders will be delivered later within 1-2 working days after payment has been received and confirmed.
- We will update the Tracking no. on your order "DETAILS" and you will receive a "Delivery Noticed Mail" in your email inbox.

- After receipt of the goods, kindly check your order item and "Click To Confirm Received" on your order details.
- If the item(s) you received are broken or not the item(s) you supposed to received, kindly contact us immediately within 3 working days, otherwise your issue will not be reserved.
