We can ship to anywhere with correct address provided.

Upon payment received, we will ship the parcel on the NEXT working day.  Subject to stock available and orders load, all local orders will be delivered later within 2 working days after the payment has been confirmed.We will notify you after sent out your parcel via "Delivery Notice Mail" please do check your email or order details at our system to obtain your specific TRACKING NO. as below:

COURIER SERVICE 

We use Pos Laju, Airpak Express, City Link or other register Courier Company for all the deliveries. 
Please take note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, hotels & resorts. 
Please ensure there are someone ready to receive your parcel at the given delivery address.

DELIVERY DURATION

Normally courier company will take 1~2 working days for delivery, unless those special zone or out skirt may take longer time.
These are estimated delivery duration and Babykidzwear would not responsible for delay due to any reason by Courier Service Company. 
Delivery duration may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, and other’s public holiday.
Please take note this is only a rough guide.  Delivery duration will depend on the postal services in your area.

 

SELF-COLLECTION

Customers have to place order at our website and make payment before collect your parcel.
Customers may come and collect your parcel at Perai or Bukit Mertajam area and shipping fee will be waived.  Kindly contact us to confirm times & place before meet up.

 

RETURN POLICY

COLOR ISSUES

Colours difference from pictures displayed.  We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the apparels shown on our website / facebook page.  However, because the colours you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.  Picture featured is only for illustration purposes, please base on the actual product received.

 

SIZE & MEASUREMENT ISSUES

Some items we had already clearly stated the measurement in our websites.  Please confirm the measurement stated that are suitable or not before you consider to purchase.  All size & measurement charts serves as a guidelines only.  We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.  The measurement might have a difference of 0.5-2.0cm vary to the real item.  For more information, you may seek our advice.

 

NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEM(S)

  1. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, colour different slightly from the picture are not allowed to return or exchangeable.
  2. Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
  3. Transparent slightly or bad odor.
  4. Size measurement different about 1-3cm only.
  5. Customer who did not inform us and post the item(s) back directly will not be entertained.
  6. Sold out items are not available for exchange.
  7. Items damage while courier service or transport delivery to you.
